Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Holicare, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload, building rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships with clients, while ensuring adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and determine discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor tailored treatment plans that center on the individual needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all client interactions.
\n
• Perform in-depth intake assessments to ensure comprehensive understanding of client backgrounds and mental health needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision and case consultation to enhance clinical skills and adhere to best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth clients, providing mental health support to children and adolescents dealing with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health or a related field is mandatory.
