Work Environment\n

This full-time role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapeutic sessions from a location that best suits you. Our community health clinic is designed to facilitate seamless virtual connections with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, identifying their mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans that focus on improving their overall well-being.

• Facilitate individual, couples, or group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that align with best practices in the mental health field.

• Monitor clients' progress, adapting treatment plans when necessary to ensure that therapeutic goals are met and maintained.

• Educate clients on coping strategies and self-care techniques to empower them in their mental health journey, fostering resilience and independence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
