Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to evaluate and identify client mental health needs.

• Provide individual therapy and counseling sessions using various evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, IPT, and psychodynamic therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients' responses to therapy and offer course corrections based on progress.
\n
• Manage crisis situations effectively, utilizing your clinical judgment and training to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
\n
• Collaborate with case management services to maintain continuity of care for clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems, while minimizing paperwork to focus more on client interaction.

• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma responses, and grief. As a Licensed Mental Health Specialist, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs and preferences of each individual, fostering an empathetic and non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields.
\n
• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Thorough knowledge of various mental health disorders and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a full caseload.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by third-party checks.

• Authorized to work within the United States.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
