This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own space while maintaining access to a collaborative outpatient office environment. Our work culture promotes a healthy work-life balance with scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You will have access to necessary digital tools and platforms for effective communication and client management.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a wide range of emotional and mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, and trauma.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records according to ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.

• Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients, helping them set and achieve personalized goals regarding their mental health and relationships.

• Collaborate with colleagues and connect clients with appropriate resources and referral sources to enhance their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license in Washington State is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 per year.
