Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and personal interviews with clients to gather detailed histories and establish rapport.

• Formulate, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that address the specific therapeutic needs of each client.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities to facilitate effective psychotherapy sessions via telehealth.

• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and summary reports, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with current best practices in mental health treatment and maintain licensure.

• Participate in regular case consultations and collaborate with colleagues to enhance clinical reasoning and treatment efficacy.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety and well-being.
