Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to create tailored treatment plans for each client, taking into account their unique backgrounds and circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is thorough and up-to-date.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by keeping current with the latest research and trends in mental health, enhancing personal skills and clinical effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with specialized training relevant to the population served.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate counseling experience in a clinical or community-based setting.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling strong connections with a diverse range of clients.
\n
• Deep understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices, as well as proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 60,000 – 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
