Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized therapy plans that cater specifically to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients through individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Utilize a diverse set of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, taking part in regular case consultations and team meetings.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and research to remain at the forefront of mental health practices.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Stone Path Counseling, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and the caseload taken on.
