Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the specific mental health needs of clients.

• Develop individualized therapy plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
