Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the convenience of working from home while engaging with a wide range of clients through teletherapy and in-person appointments at our outpatient office settings located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We prioritize work-life balance, providing a structured schedule that caters to both the needs of the team and the individual while eliminating weekend hours. Anticipated work hours are Monday through Friday, facilitating an eight-hour workday. For potential part-time therapists, we offer adaptable scheduling options based on personal availability and team requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive, personalized therapy strategies, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to guide treatment planning and ensure effective therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups focusing on various mental health challenges.

• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support for clients, sharing insights and strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development including workshops and training, ensuring continual growth and knowledge in the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The role is centered on building therapeutic relationships and fostering a supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must have active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, with at least a portion preferably spent in a clinical setting, is essential.

• Demonstrated expertise in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
