Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling through virtual sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of each session, tracking client progress and adjusting treatment strategies when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
