Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of youth clients and developing positive, trusting relationships while consistently maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to evaluate client progress, assess stability, and determine appropriate discharge criteria when applicable.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position centers on serving youth clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of one year of experience supporting psychiatric patients and/or working in substance abuse treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
