Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss treatment goals, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans to meet the diverse needs of each client.

• Document session notes and update clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and treatment needs.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing both evidence-based practices and personalized care approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on working with youth clients, addressing their unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavior-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• Demonstrated ability to meet internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or populations affected by substance abuse.

• Proficient in conducting assessments, formulating diagnoses, and providing both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
