Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations while formulating treatment plans in collaboration with primary care providers.

• Regularly assess and monitor assigned patients, initiating follow-ups to review progress and making adjustments to treatment strategies as needed.

• Assist primary care providers in identifying, treating, and managing psychosocial and mental health issues, contributing your expertise as a valued team member.

• Develop relapse prevention plans tailored to patients' specific circumstances and facilitate referrals to specialty mental health services when necessary.

• Empower patients with self-management skills and education to engage actively in their own treatment and recovery journey.

• Document all patient interactions and progress meticulously, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and compliance with ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily work with a diverse array of clients, including veterans and their families, who may be dealing with a multitude of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling is required.

• A current LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
