Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse client population, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with clients on an appointment basis, allowing for flexibility in scheduling to accommodate both counselor and client preferences.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care and ensure all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all documentation.

You will work primarily with adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
