This role is primarily remote, providing flexibility for you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home or preferred setting. As an outpatient office, you will engage with clients through video consultations, phone calls, and possibly in-person meetings when needed, ensuring diverse accessibility depending on clients’ preferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the psychological needs of clients.

• Provide therapeutic counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing various counseling strategies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Create personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific issues faced by clients, setting measurable goals, and continuously monitoring their progress.

• Teach clients effective coping strategies and life skills, empowering them to navigate their challenges both during and after therapy.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients while maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to continuously learn about new methodologies and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Pinnacle Pathways, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, contingent upon experience and caseload capacity.
