Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mandated reporting processes and execute the duty to warn as necessary to ensure client safety.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine detailed and personalized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to formulate holistic treatment strategies tailored to each individual's needs.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making informed adjustments to therapeutic interventions as needed to foster optimal recovery outcomes.

• Collect and analyze data related to treatment effectiveness, client satisfaction, and therapy outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement practices.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Stay informed on the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health therapy, incorporating new knowledge into your clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• AMaster's degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with diverse populations within a mental health setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities.

• Strong ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
