Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing trusting relationships while upholding professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discussing treatment goals, stability, and planning for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and proactively monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure personalized care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and progress notes in accordance with organizational standards.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client histories, needs, and potential treatment paths.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique challenges.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and support professional development.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to formulate comprehensive care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Bridge To Recovery Institute, you will work with a varied patient population with diverse backgrounds and mental health needs, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role will significantly contribute to their mental wellness, guiding them through evidence-based interventions to foster resilience and personal growth in a supportive setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in good standing.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience providing clinical care in an outpatient setting.

• Proven experience in providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families, demonstrating an ability to address complex emotional and psychological concerns.

• Proficiency in using various software applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, to document client care and manage information efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bridge To Recovery Institute offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our compensation structure is based on a fee-for-service model that guarantees rates paid ahead of collections, ensuring that you do not experience delays in reimbursement.
