Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct counseling services to a diverse client caseload, ensuring ethical standards and professional boundaries are maintained at all times.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor progress and reassess treatment plans, adjusting goals as necessary in collaboration with the client.

• Develop, implement, and oversee personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Document each client interaction thoroughly, maintaining up-to-date records and progress notes, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather critical information that informs treatment planning and goal setting.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing a range of therapeutic techniques suited to the population served.

• Engage in supervision and professional development activities, seeking out opportunities for feedback and guidance on therapeutic practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies that enhance treatment outcomes across care providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work primarily with a broad patient population including adults, children, and families facing various psychological challenges. Our clients experience a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional and behavioral concerns. Your ability to foster a safe and supportive environment will be key to helping clients achieve their mental health goals and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling is required.

• Current and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient technical skills, including experience using various computer software applications such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSy.

• Direct experience providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating comfort with a range of therapeutic interventions and client demographics.

• Proficiency in conducting intake assessments with a compassionate and client-centered approach.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideally, candidates will have additional experience in integrating clinical best practices into client care, with an emphasis on evidence-based therapies. Further familiarity with community resources for mental health support can enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, aligned with experience and professional qualifications. Our compensation structure is based on a fee-for-service model, featuring guaranteed rates that prioritize timely payments ahead of collections. Additional bonus opportunities are available to reward performance. Benefits include W2 employment, medical, vision, and dental insurance options, as well as a 401k retirement plan with company contributions. Malpractice insurance is provided to all clinicians, along with access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
