Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and detailed evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans for clients, identifying their goals and desired outcomes.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through various modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Engage in collaborative care by communicating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
