The outpatient-focused setting means you will work primarily with clients one-on-one or in group settings through secure telehealth platforms.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy strategies for each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support for clients, which may include consulting with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals and families with varying mental health concerns, particularly those with limited access to traditional mental health services. Issues often addressed range from anxiety and depression to trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. As an LPC with our organization, you will play a key role in assisting those who may feel marginalized or underserved in their quest for mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical environment.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or training in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other digital tools relevant to therapy and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, you will receive:
