Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload, establishing strong, trusting relationships with clients and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries at all times.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, offer support, and discuss upcoming appointments—including appropriate discharge planning.

• Create, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Document clinical progress meticulously, ensuring that all records and notes are kept up to date for each client interaction.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and guide treatment strategies effectively.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions through telehealth technology, ensuring that clients receive consistent support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and families seeking assistance for various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• An active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential that is unrestricted and independent.

While at least one year of experience is a requirement, preference will be given to candidates with a background in telehealth services, knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery, and familiarity with diverse cultural backgrounds. Compensation and Benefits\n

The base salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, with a fee-for-service payment model that guarantees payment ahead of collections, ensuring financial stability for our providers. Additional benefits include:
