This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from any location within the state of Tennessee. Key Responsibilities\n

  Provide individual and couples therapy via a secure telehealth platform, ensuring all services meet compliance standards and maintain confidentiality.

  Participate in ongoing training initiatives and optional supervision sessions to continuously hone clinical skills and expand professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will encompass a broad spectrum of individuals and families dealing with various mental health issues. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, each presenting their unique challenges, which may include anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and adjustment disorders. Your role will significantly impact their mental well-being, equipping them with coping strategies and therapeutic tools needed to navigate their challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active LPC license in Tennessee or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of application.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing individual or relational therapy in a counseling setting.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, with a reliable internet connection and appropriate technology to support remote therapy delivery.

• Experience in offering teletherapy services, demonstrating familiarity with best practices in virtual settings.

• Knowledge and training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ACT, with a commitment to delivering quality client care.

• A proven track record of working independently, managing a caseload effectively, and providing timely client follow-ups.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and continuing education support. As an employee, you will have the choice of working as a W2 employee or on a 1099 contract basis, ensuring you have options that best suit your financial needs.
