Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments of patients to evaluate their needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at symptom resolution and improved functioning.

• Provide a range of psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions are clinically appropriate and aligned with best practices.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights to program planning alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

• Engage in crisis intervention and triage evaluation collaboratively with both outpatient and inpatient treatment teams, serving as an advocate for patient care and safety.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines. This includes obtaining and managing patient data systemically.

• Uphold ethical standards established by the counseling profession and adhere to the policies and protocols of the Metrapolis Behavioral Center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a varied patient population, which includes individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon or license-eligible status.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical environment.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to the counseling field.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
