Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ongoing biopsychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and devise appropriate, individualized treatment plans aimed at symptom resolution and enhanced functioning.

• Engage in individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions that are clinically appropriate, while actively documenting progress and modifications to treatment strategies.

• Lead group therapy sessions as either a primary or co-therapist, facilitating discussions and interventions that foster insight and healing among participants.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a comprehensive and synchronized approach to patient care, particularly during crisis interventions and triage evaluations.

• Adhere to established agency policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines, making sure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date in compliance with industry requirements.

• Regularly review treatment effectiveness and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary, taking into account new developments and patient feedback.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
