Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Many of our clients may have limited access to traditional therapy resources, making your work all the more critical in providing them with the guidance and support they need to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.
