Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with I&S Talk Therapy, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques, to aid clients in their personal growth.

• Developing personalized treatment plans targeted to each client’s specific mental health needs and goals.

• Facilitating client self-reflection and insight into their feelings and relationships, encouraging empowerment and personal development.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to provide the best outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will work with primarily consists of stable, low-acuity adults presenting a variety of mental health challenges. Our focus is on creating therapeutic relationships that allow clients to enhance their quality of life by providing the tools and guidance necessary for managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice, which may include one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
• Psychologist (PsyD)
\n
\n
• No current disciplinary actions against your license; provisional or limited licenses will not be accepted.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Strong computer literacy and experience with teletherapy technologies, including a reliable computer with webcam capabilities and a secure internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in telehealth environments, as well as those familiar with various therapeutic modalities. An applicant’s ability to adapt to evolving client needs will be crucial for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
