This fully remote role offers the flexibility of working from home on a full-time basis, with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat platforms, ensuring ethical and compassionate engagement with clients.

• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor therapy that meets individual client needs and objectives.

• Creating and implementing customized treatment plans that empower clients, enabling them to foster insights into their emotions, relationships, and behaviors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a diverse range of mental health challenges. The objective of your support is to assist clients in developing the skills necessary to improve their quality of life, fostering lasting change through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued license to practice independently in mental health counseling, which includes but is not limited to: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Psychologist.

• No disciplinary actions or limitations against your counseling license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a high degree of empathy and integrity.
