Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to tailor treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to foster recovery and resilience within clients.
\n
• Accurately complete necessary documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to specified time frames to ensure efficient service delivery.
\n
• Develop crisis intervention, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans that empower clients to maintain stable functioning and achieve their therapeutic goals.
\n
• Create comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition and continued care for patients exiting the program.
\n
• Consistently comply with all federal and state regulations, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, to ensure quality care.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance your skills.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to foster a collaborative atmosphere for problem-solving and sharing best practices.

• Complete all required licensure training and mandatory professional development sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse populations, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, family issues, and more. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care that respects each client's background and personal journey, promoting healing and personal growth in a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that meets licensing requirements.

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with diverse clientele.
