Work Environment\n

As a mental health therapist at our clinic, you will primarily work in a remote setting, allowing flexibility while ensuring you have the resources and support needed to deliver outstanding care. Although the role is remote, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals who regularly collaborate to provide integrated therapeutic services. Your workweek will typically encompass Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and trauma-informed evaluations to assess clients’ mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Design and implement effective therapeutic strategies focused on trauma recovery and resilience enhancement.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support clients in overcoming trauma.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma, build coping mechanisms, and promote long-term recovery.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute trauma responses, ensuring appropriate resources and support are readily available.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources to empower them in their healing process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, ideally with a focus on trauma therapy.

• Deep knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed therapy approaches.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse patient population.

• Resilience under pressure and the ability to provide calm, effective support in crisis situations.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and various clinical applications.

• The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with trauma-focused therapy and interventions, particularly EMDR and TF-CBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
