This role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility for both the clinician and the clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, employing various assessment tools and methodologies.

• Develop tailored treatment plans collaboratively with clients, focusing on individual goals and preferred therapeutic approaches.

• Provide transformative individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing specialized techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices based on client needs.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure continuum of care and effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

• Commit to continuous learning by staying up-to-date with the latest research, treatment modalities, and advances in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mind Bloom offers a competitive salary range of $78,000 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a rewarding salary structure, you will receive:
