Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and psychological evaluations to understand clients' mental health status and needs, employing standardized instruments and personalized techniques.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans that are collaborative and tailored to meet the unique goals of each client.

• Create and facilitate therapeutic sessions, primarily focusing on adult clients, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
