Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused strategies, to support students' emotional and psychological resilience.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive support network around each student.

• Provide psychoeducation to families, equipping them with the tools and strategies they need to support their children’s mental health.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of the latest mental health research and techniques to continually enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be working with children and adolescents in the school setting, encompassing a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of developmental psychology and the ability to provide culturally competent care tailored to the unique experiences and needs of students and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW in the state of California.

The Family Health Centers offers a competitive annual compensation package ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000.
