Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students' needs, risks, and strengths, informing treatment planning.

• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address emotional and behavioral challenges, ensuring they align with school objectives.
\n
• Provide individual and group counseling, implementing evidence-based interventions tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
\n
• Facilitate crisis interventions and develop safety plans for students experiencing acute emotional distress.
\n
• Work collaboratively with educational staff, parents, and community resources to develop comprehensive support strategies for students.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and participate in team meetings to discuss case progress and seek peer support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues. You will work closely with educators and family systems, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment that supports the child’s overall well-being within their learning environment. This role will allow you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young individuals while addressing the unique challenges they face.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active LICSW license in the state of Washington.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient or educational setting, particularly with children and adolescents.

• Strong competencies in electronic medical record systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrated independence, self-direction, and exceptional organizational skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in school settings or with educational institutions is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with youth mental health issues, trauma-informed care, and crisis management strategies.

• Other certifications or training pertaining to adolescent mental health or counseling styles will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This exciting position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
