Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for a work-life balance while delivering services to a school-based clientele. You will primarily engage in virtual sessions while maintaining essential communication with schools, families, and other mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their mental health needs are met while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, leveraging evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Maintain detailed documentation for each client session in compliance with company protocols, including treatment plans and clinical notes.
\n
• Meet a minimum of 25 client-facing visits weekly, balancing a full caseload with personal well-being.
\n
• Foster coordination of care with case managers, educational staff, medical personnel, and families to create a comprehensive support system for clients.
\n
• Engage in required clinical meetings and training sessions, contributing to your professional development and the collective knowledge of the team.
\n
• Participate actively in community outreach, networking with stakeholders to build relationships that advance our organizational mission.

• Respond promptly and professionally to communications from the Clinical Director, maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.

• Support a team-oriented culture while promoting individual autonomy, flexibility, and authenticity in your practice.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health needs, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and continuously review progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse clientele of students, families, and groups within a school setting. You will address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, and social behavior challenges. Engaging with individuals from various cultural backgrounds will enhance your therapeutic approach, allowing you to provide tailored care that resonates with their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Ability to complete and submit comprehensive documentation in a timely manner, including initial assessments, SMART treatment plans, and clinical notes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

• Demonstrated ability to set and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients, enhancing the therapeutic relationship.
