Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs, histories, and treatment goals, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are rooted in evidence-based practices, adjusting approaches as necessary based on patient response.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a range of modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups aimed at reducing stigma, promoting mental health awareness, and enhancing coping skills.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, assessing risk and implementing safety plans.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and legally-compliant records of all clinical interventions and treatment progress in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

• Participate actively in regular team meetings, case presentations, and professional supervision sessions to enhance service delivery and professional growth.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on current research and advancements in the field of mental health counseling.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals with depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
