Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological status, tailoring evaluations to individual needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing methods from cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and other modalities.

• Establish and nurture strong therapeutic alliances with clients, utilizing active listening and empathetic communication to foster trust and openness.

• Facilitate discussions around harmful behaviors and thought patterns, guiding clients towards positive changes and skills development.

• Work with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care and treatment coordination.

• Maintain accurate clinical records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and utilizing resources to stay updated on the latest therapeutic practices and advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population encompassing both youth and adults, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Our clientele includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other stressors. The role requires sensitivity and adaptability, as you will be addressing a broad spectrum of mental health needs and cultural backgrounds, ensuring equitable and personalized support for every client.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A strong foundation in therapeutic methodologies with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
