• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to those needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and client engagement.

• Work closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions and progress in compliance with regulatory standards through the Simple Practice platform.

• Coordinate care with fellow healthcare professionals, community resources, and support services to create a holistic approach to client wellness.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education and training, staying current with advancements in mental health counseling to enhance service delivery.

In this role, you will support a varied patient demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who may be navigating various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Understanding the unique needs and backgrounds of each client, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to foster trust and facilitate healing and growth.

• Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: An active Pennsylvania clinical license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) is required.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience providing direct mental health services across diverse age groups, including families.

• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Teamwork: The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
