Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and empathetic assessments and screenings aimed at evaluating clients' substance abuse patterns, mental health status, and treatment objectives.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that not only address addiction but also incorporate any co-occurring mental health disorders, acknowledging the complexity of each client’s situation.

• Facilitate both one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy discussions using effective evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to foster engagement and promote recovery.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including physicians, nurses, and case managers—to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care that promotes the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
