Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s individualized treatment plan.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health requirements, thereby developing effective treatment strategies.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a seamless continuum of care for clients.

• Engage families, schools, and other relevant stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication to support the goals of the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
