This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a focus on client care. You will work standard office hours, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the freedom to engage with clients in a format that suits their needs, whether through video calls or phone sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized therapy plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses a wide range of individuals and couples, including those facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. As a therapist in our clinic, you will be equipped to provide culturally competent care, addressing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating direct application of therapeutic techniques.

• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems or a willingness to learn, as efficient documentation is a critical part of client management.
