Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop customized treatment plans that reflect their circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, with individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and enhance the care provided to clients, ensuring that all aspects of their treatment are cohesive and comprehensive.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and support mechanisms.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

• Keep meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes individuals dealing with various mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and more. As an LMHC at Health Relieve Psychotherapy Center, you will work with patients from various backgrounds, which enriches the therapeutic experience and promotes cultural competency in care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid LMHC license in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
