Work Environment\n

Our therapists work in a flexible, remote setting, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while adhering to a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While the majority of your work will be conducted remotely, our collaborative team environment encourages participation in virtual meetings and training sessions. Some adjustment in scheduling may be required based on individual patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify presenting concerns, strengths, and areas for development, enabling the formulation of personalized treatment strategies.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy—to deliver engaging and effective individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups tailored to meet the needs of community members experiencing similar mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and therapeutic support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and involvement in the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Actively engage in case consultation, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance clinical competency and collaboration.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting thorough mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy, preferably to diverse populations.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
\n
• Sound ethical judgment and a commitment to professional boundaries in all therapeutic interactions.

• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications.
\n
• Ability to function collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team structure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
