Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs, which allows for the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services via a secure virtual platform, ensuring interventions are suited to each client’s individual needs and preferences.

• Engage clients in establishing goals for therapy, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them navigate their mental health journey.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, adapting techniques to fit the client’s context.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, adhering to regulatory requirements, and monitoring client progress effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Proven success in establishing rapport with clients remotely, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of clients’ diverse experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively juggle client sessions and administrative tasks in a remote setting.
