Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for geriatric clients, leveraging evidence-based practice to inform your clinical decisions.

• Create pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans designed to address acute mental health challenges, ensuring client safety and well-being at all times.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that meets regulatory standards while employing clinical diagnostic tools and methodologies, such as DSM-5 criteria and telehealth platforms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
