Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive, and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, considering their unique backgrounds and needs.

• Provide personalized individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to identified needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely billing, documentation, and completion of individualized treatment plans, in addition to managing insurance authorization forms to facilitate patient services.

• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety plans when necessary, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support clients in achieving and maintaining stable functioning.
\n
• Create effective discharge plans that ensure a smooth transition for clients progressing from therapy.
\n
• Regularly adhere to current federal and state laws, regulations, and NEHS policies to ensure compliance and ethical practice.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending training and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to contribute to patient care strategies and practice improvements.
\n
• Complete all required licensure and mandatory training to maintain your professional credentials and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on a diverse clientele, including individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required, leading to state licensure.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) within the state of Nevada is essential.

While not mandatory, experience working in outpatient settings or within similar remote therapy roles will be advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems will support the efficiency of your daily responsibilities.
