Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs.

• Providing therapeutic interventions—including individual, family, couples, and group therapy—that are evidence-based and tailored to clients using methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance comprehensive client care and promote effective communication across departments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, particularly within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
