Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and design individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to align with client-specific goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, responding effectively to clients experiencing acute mental health crises while ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, following ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and connect them with community resources, advocating for their rights as needed.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending training, workshops, and staying current with best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will span a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will engage with clients in various stages of their mental health journey, tailoring your therapeutic approach to empower them and facilitate recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist is required (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is mandatory.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a minimum of two years of related experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective client interactions and rapport-building.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
