Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental and emotional health of clients, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client evaluations, integrating evidence-based practices to address specific therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans in response to evolving client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical standards to protect sensitive information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists and social workers to create a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision, training opportunities, and staying updated with current mental health trends and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide support to a diverse population of clients, including those coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid Nevada state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is required.
