Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health needs, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to guarantee comprehensive and cohesive care for each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, employing your expertise to assist clients in high-distress scenarios effectively.

• Engage with the community through outreach initiatives and educational workshops aimed at increasing mental health literacy and reducing stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes a diverse range of individuals from various backgrounds, confronting different mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma-related disorders. This role allows you to work with children, adolescents, and adults, enhancing your clinical experience, cultural competence, and understanding of varied socioeconomic factors impacting mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A current, independent, and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering trust and therapeutic rapport.

• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and understanding when addressing issues pertaining to clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities that ensure accurate documentation and follow-up processes.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling setting, preferably within a community health context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus for new licensed therapists joining our team.
