Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' emotional and mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and effective documentation of treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy in a mental health setting is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
